Core definition
Tire cord fabric is very low weft density of the fabric, look like curtain, the warp
bearsload, weft holdthe warp.Nomally it can be used in tire cord, air spring, rubberproduicts, helping with the greatsgock loadand strong vibration.420D Tire cord ish is frequently used in the whole industry
Key features
High strength and high modulus: Capable of withstanding tremendous pressure, impact force and flexural deformation.
Good fatigue resistance: It is unlikely to break under repeated deformation.
Has good adhesion to rubber: After impregnation treatment (such as RFL impregnation), it can firmly bond with rubber to form a single unit.
Good dimensional stability: Under different temperature and force conditions, the deformation is minimal.
Main types (classified by the material of the framework)
Nylon cord fabric:
Advantages: High strength, excellent fatigue resistance and impact resistance, and reasonable price.
Disadvantage: The heat shrinkage rate is relatively high, which causes the tire to easily develop "flat spots" during driving (the tire deforms when stopped and there is vibration at the initial stage of starting).
Application: Widely used in truck and construction machinery tires and bias-ply tires.
Polyester corduroy fabric:
Advantages: High modulus, good dimensional stability, low thermal shrinkage rate, and corrosion resistance. The tires made from this material have low rolling resistance and are more fuel-efficient.
Disadvantages: The adhesion to rubber requires special treatment, and its fatigue resistance is slightly inferior to that of nylon.
Application: Main material for modern sedan radial tires.
Advantages: Excellent dimensional stability, good dynamic performance, and good adhesion to rubber.
Disadvantage: The strength is lower than that of synthetic fibers.

Dipped fabric is the hidden strength behind many high-performance rubber products.
With its superior bonding, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability, it ensures that hoses, belts, and sheets perform reliably under extreme conditions.
