Our fabric impregnation line is a professional continuous dipping production system tailor-made for textile rubber skeleton materials. It is mainly used for RFL dipping treatment of EP, NN, EE, aramid and other industrial canvas. By forming a uniform and stable adhesive layer on the fiber surface, it fundamentally solves the problem of poor bonding between synthetic fiber fabric and rubber, and provides high-quality dipped canvas raw materials for conveyor belts, transmission belts, rubber hoses and other rubber products.
Different from ordinary coating equipment, this production line focuses on infiltration uniformity, precise glue content control and stable physical properties. It can eliminate the defects of insufficient bonding, local degumming and uneven shrinkage of finished rubber products, and greatly improve the fatigue resistance and service life of downstream rubber parts.
The whole production process runs continuously and automatically, with smooth handover of each link, no manual intervention in the core process, and stable batch consistency of finished products:
1. Unwinding & Tension Control Equipped with automatic constant tension unwinding system and magnetic powder closed-loop tension adjustment device. It matches the tension change in real time according to the fabric width and thickness, effectively avoiding fabric deviation, wrinkling and stretching deformation. The matched cloth storage rack supports non-stop splicing of raw cloth, realizing uninterrupted continuous production and greatly improving production efficiency.
2. Precision RFL Dipping & Sizing The core dipping tank adopts optimized liquid level circulation structure. The base fabric is fully immersed in RFL glue liquid to ensure that the fiber yarn gap is completely infiltrated. The precision metering squeeze roller group accurately controls the residual glue amount on the fabric surface, removes excess glue liquid, and ensures uniform glue carrying rate of each batch of fabrics, avoiding the problems of excessive local glue or insufficient infiltration.
3. Multi-stage Constant Temperature Drying & Curing Adopts sectional hot air circulation drying oven with independent temperature control system. According to different fabric materials and process requirements, the temperature and air volume of each zone are precisely adjusted to evaporate solvent evenly, complete glue layer curing and forming. The graded heating design effectively prevents rapid drying and glue layer cracking, ensures stable dry heat shrinkage rate of dipped fabric, and avoids finished product edge warping and wavy deformation.
4. Cooling & Online Inspection The high-temperature dried fabric enters the constant temperature cooling section for natural shaping and cooling to stabilize the internal stress of the fabric and fix the physical indexes such as elongation and strength. Equipped with online appearance inspection and parameter monitoring system, it tracks fabric surface flatness, glue layer uniformity and dimensional stability in real time, and automatically alarms for defective products to reduce defective rate.
5. Finishing & Winding After inspection and shaping, the qualified dipped canvas is automatically wound into standard rolls with compact roll shape and neat edges, which is convenient for direct cutting and processing in downstream rubber product factories.
